Rating 3 out of 5 i am a life-long resident of canoga park and love how the city has improved, but i still believe things can be better. Convenience is a major perk of living in the city, with most amenities being within 1 mile or less of wherever you are staying. Most things you would expect to see in a mid-sized neighborhood are here, but entertainment is a bit lacking, especially in the nightlife department. Canoga park is a nice place to live, but safety has become an issue in recent years in certain areas. Along the busways and parks, there has been an increase in violent crime and drug dealing.
